Sumaiya Tahsin

Studies how women’s financial dependency on men relates to differences in the moral judgment of men and women.

Sumaiya Tahsin is a 3rd-year undergraduate student at Smith College studying physics and psychology. She is currently working under Prof. Mohammad Atari, with mentorship from Ali Hajian. She is interested in the intersection of gender differences and morality. Her research focuses on how women’s financial dependency on men relates to differences in the moral judgment of men and women.
